The Australian Ark Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility:

• Products must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return:

3. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the return is received.

4. Refund Process:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
